Terms and Conditions for employees

• I will be observe the working hours as a fixed by company.
• I will comply with all rules and regulations issued/amended by the company from time to time, failing which your services would liable to be dispensed with for non-compliance thereof.
• I will not any time, either during the period of your employment with the company or thereafter, divulge or use for your personal benefits any secret or information relating to the company or its clients, that you may have directly or indirectly be detrimental to the interests of the company .A breach of the this clause would amount to misconduct and would result in strict disciplinary as well as legal action.
• I will be entitled to leave/holidays and other benefits provided by the internal rules, regulations and policies etc. of the company applicable to your position.
• I have no rights to use source code of the projects/applications which I have access in the http://serviceprovider.pk to be used in my future career.
• If I start my own business in the field of IT, I will never use their projects as references or in my portfolio.
• I will never contact with the client without the company permission.
