1. Working Hours & Discipline
- Employees must follow assigned working hours strictly.
- Late arrival or early leaving without approval is not allowed.
- Daily check-in, check-out, and task updates are mandatory.
- Sleeping during working hours is not allowed.
- Keep mobile phones on silent during work.
2. Attendance & Reporting
- Attendance must be marked in the WhatsApp group (check-in & check-out).
- Daily progress updates and timesheets are required.
- Check-in without being physically present will be considered leave.
- Late arrival or early leave will be counted as a half day.
3. Work Responsibility
- Complete all assigned tasks on time with proper quality.
- Do not leave tasks incomplete or delayed.
- Follow all instructions given by management.
- Break tasks into smaller parts and share updates regularly.
- Understand the task clearly before starting work.
4. Communication
- Maintain professional behavior with team and clients.
- Respond on time during working hours.
- Misbehavior or disrespect will not be tolerated.
- Do not communicate with clients using personal numbers.
5. Confidentiality
- Company data, projects, and client information must remain confidential.
- Do not share client names with friends, family, or outsiders.
- Sharing login details or sensitive data is strictly prohibited.
6. Use of Company Resources
- Company systems, tools, and accounts are for official use only.
- Only approved software is allowed.
- Downloading software during working hours (8 AM – 5 PM) is not allowed.
- Misuse of company resources will result in strict action.
7. Website & Internet Usage
The following are strictly prohibited during working hours:
- Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
- Job sites (Rozee, LinkedIn)
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- WhatsApp Web
- Crypto and trading websites
- Streaming, gaming, and adult websites
- Movie download sites
8. Performance & Accountability
- Employees are responsible for their assigned work.
- Repeated mistakes or poor performance will lead to disciplinary action.
- Code and projects developed are company property only.
- Selling or sharing company work is strictly prohibited.
9. Remote Work Policy
- Must be available during working hours.
- Stable internet and proper environment required.
- Immediate response and updates are mandatory.
- Inactive behavior will be considered a violation.
10. Leave Policy
- Apply for leave through the official portal only.
- Leave must be approved before taking it.
- Unapproved leave will be unpaid.
- Sick leave (more than 1 day) requires a medical certificate.
- Emergency leave allowed with proper notification.
- Maximum unpaid leaves: 13 per year.
- Taking Saturday + Monday leave will count as 3 leaves (burger rule).
11. Working Conditions & Office Discipline
- No smoking during office hours.
- Follow prayer and break timings properly.
- No unnecessary discussions during work hours.
- Use Namaz time properly.
12. Code & Deployment Policy
- Developers must ensure code is updated before leaving.
- Daily code check-in is mandatory.
- Deployment time is 3:00 PM unless approved otherwise.
13. Testing & QA Policy
- Developer must test first (live environment).
- Change status from RFR → Done after testing.
- QA team will verify afterward.
- Only verified work can be shared with clients.
14. Task Management Policy
- Collect next day tasks before leaving.
- Work only on tasks assigned via GitHub.
- Do not work on tasks from WhatsApp/Teams without GitHub entry.
- After completion:
- Update Teams group
- Change GitHub status to RFR
15. Employment & Payment Policy
- Salary is paid between 1st – 10th of each month.
- Weekend/holiday work is paid 1.5x.
- Internship duration: 2–3 months based on performance.
- Dual jobs, freelancing, or side projects are strictly not allowed.
16. Miscellaneous Rules
- Report dishonest clients to management.
- Inform management about any personal client requests.
- Use official channels for all client communication.
- Lunch and personal matters should be handled privately.
- Meetings, calls, and follow-ups must be tracked.
17. Notice Period
- 2 months’ notice is required from both employee and company.
18. Violation & Penalty Policy
- 1st Violation: Warning
- 2nd Violation: Penalty
- 3rd Violation: Final Warning
- 4th Violation: Termination
Immediate Termination for Serious Violations
- Data breach or confidentiality violation
- Misbehavior with team or clients
- Fraud or dishonesty
- Misuse of company resources
- Dual job or freelancing
19. Experience Letter Policy
- Experience letter will be issued after one month of resignation or termination.
- This is subject to verification that:
- All company data, access, and responsibilities have been properly handed over.
- No pending work or obligations remain.
20. Employee Acknowledgment
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to follow all company rules and regulations.
